Race Volunteers

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for The 27th Annual Cancer Challenge/Race Volunteers. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Cancer Challenge 1 mile, 5K, and 10K walk/run will be held as a virtual event.  Participants can run their distance anytime between August 8 - September 8.  We appreciate your interest in volunteering and your loyal annual support.  Please look us up next year and come out to volunteer when we can all gather and celebrate our triumphs in 2021.   Thank you!!

Registration

Volunteers will register runners for the race. Check in at the South Parking Lot at Cooper Elementary School (2 Blowing Springs Rd, Bella Vista).

Set-up and Tear-down

Volunteers will set up and tear down tables, chairs, water stations, signage and any other necessary items. Check in at the South Parking Lot at Cooper Elemenatary, Bella Vista (2 Blowing Springs, Bella Vista).

Traffic Director

Volunteers will be stationed along the course to make sure that runners turn the right direction on the course and that cars are aware of the runners. Check in at the Pavilion at South Parking Lot at Cooper Elementary School (2 Blowing Springs, Bella Vista).

Water Station

Volunteers will be stationed at various locations along the course. They will hand water to the runners as they pass and pick up the cups as they are tossed aside. Check in at the South Parking Lot at Cooper Elementary (2 Blowing Springs, Bella Vista)

Registration Packet Pick-Up

Volunteers will check in runners and hand out run packets. Packet pick-up takes place at Circle of Life Legacy Village (1201 NE Legacy Parkway, Bentonville).
