First Aid and Registration
Minimal Medical experience is required for this job. Your team will supply first aid to anyone needing assistance. Medical supplies, cots and chairs will be available. You may also assist with registration of participants.

Games and Raffle Table Attendant
Volunteer will oversee auction items on tables. Make sure the bid sheets remain on the tables. Answer questions regarding auction items.

Register and check in shooters and sign out loaner guns.

Set-up
Set up tables and chairs, tents, scorekeeper stations, trash containers, and refreshments for the Trap Shoot. Heavy lifting is required for this position. Tents and beverage cases can weigh in excess of 40 lbs.

Tear-down
Take down tents, put away tables and chairs, general cleanup of the gun range. Some heavy lifting is involved.
